Real Estate Sales Update For Hillcrest Subdivision In Prospect Ky, Just Outside Of Louisville
Hillcrest subdivision is tucked away in the green, rolling landscape northeast of Louisville, and is located in Oldham County, fairly close to the city of Prospect, one of the region’s most desirable places to live. Hillcrest is one of Prospect’s newer subdivisions, and also one of the more expensive as the lots and homes tend to be on the larger side.
Even with the relatively down market we are experiencing this year, Hillcrest has managed to sell 36 homes so far this year, which doesn't really seem as bad as I would have thought. 74 listings have come on to the market this year, and there are still 25 homes currently available for sale in Hillcrest. The median sales price was $488,500 and the average sales price was $484,202.
