Louisville Real Estate | The Woods Of St Thomas Series | Only 6 homes on the market in late January
For those of you who like to keep up with sales data for a few of the nicer subdivisions around Louisville, I am here to write just a quick little post about The Woods Of St Thomas, located on the east side of Louisville, just a bit outside the Watterson Expressway.
As you can see from the graph above, there simply isn't much to report. There are only six homes currently for sale right now, all of which were for sale at the end of last year, showing that we haven't had any new listings come on to the market in 2010. Also, you can see the average asking price for homes in The Woods Of St Thomas is $440,766, while the median asking price is $357,400.
