Louisville Real Estate | Highlands Series | Inventory Levels Dropping

It appears that inventory levels of homes for sale in the Highlands neighborhood of Louisville are dropping, much as they are in almost every part of the city.  That shouldn't be too surprising, as we are just now entering February, and people are probably waiting until Spring to put their homes on the market, either for the first time, or again after not selling last year.  Check back in a month or two, and I'm willing to bet that we will see inventory levels on the rise.
